If you have 3 Manager team with 25 "Case credits" each, your own qualification demands have been reduced to only 4 personal "Case credits". Please remember that the sales of your New Distributors is included in your personal "Case credits".


The last bonus is the Jonathan bonus. This bonus is a reward for creating and maintaining strong First Generation Manager Teams, the reward is an increase in your Leadership bonus. For each month where you have 9 active First Generation Managers, your Leadership bonus increases to 7% for the First Generation Teams, 4% for the Second Generation and 3% for the Third Generation.


Having reached 17 active First Generation Managers in one month, the Leadership bonus is increased to 8%, 5% and 4%, respectively.


If you have 25 active First Generation Managers, the Leadership bonus increases to 9%, 6% and 5%, respectively. The Jonathan bonus alone may double your income as distributor.
